Arjan is popular for having two of the most visited parks in Dubai: Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden. Sit back and relax in the living room, fitted with a comfortable sofa, nice comfy chair, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a dining area. Enjoy your good night’s sleep in the bedroom fitted with a double bed, fresh linens, lamps, a chair, as well as plenty of storage space in the drawers and wardrobes! The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, oven, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. Arjan is a new district within Dubailand, situated on the outskirts of Dubai. To its immediate north, you will find the community of Al Barsha South. Going south of the border, you’ll find Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Further down south, you’ll be pleased to find yourself in Dubai Motor City – home to Dubai Autodrome. Arjan is popular for having two of the most visited parks in Dubai: Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden, open October to April. They are only 10 minutes walk away! Both are considered as some of the most interesting landmarks and places of interest in the UAE. Dubai Miracle Garden is a flower park where you will find various structures adorned with flowers. This is a very photogenic place to be so you can take lots of pictures and learn about the various types of flowers. Not only that but Arjan is also home to Dubai Butterfly Garden where you can get up, close and personal with thousands of butterfly species.
Notes
This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED x per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
