Located in a quiet residential area, this flat is set in Croix des Gardes. Largely urbanized and named "English Quarter", the district of La-Croix-des-Gardes includes buildings that cannot be ignored: the Villa Eleonore-Louise, the Château Saint-Georges and the Villa Romée. The Villa Rothschild park and the Château Vallombrosa are historical monuments in the district, which also boasts a natural forest park classified as a sensitive natural area. There are 80 hectares of Mediterranean vegetation. Its attractions: its historical mimosa culture, its 360° panorama, and a 1.2 km long open-air sports trail. Beautiful residences with sea view, equipped with swimming pools, tennis courts, and parks make up this district.

Welcome to my home! Bright and spacious, this lovely flat is within walking distance to many of Cannes’ top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa and armchairs, a cable TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day exploring the city. There’s also an accessible balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air or grab your breakfast in the morning. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a kettle. The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy queen bed and an accessible balcony respectively. Complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided upon arrival. The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Also, for your information, since April 2021, the apartment has fiber optics for a fast internet connection. Enjoy your stay!
