Combining classicism of the Age of Enlightenment (high ceilings, mouldings, rose window, chandelier, regency style living room), romanticism (softly welcoming bedroom) and modernism, the apartment has a bright living room with a view on the inevitable Place de la Bourse, a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave), a quiet bedroom with all the comfort and a bathroom with shower. A washing machine is at your disposal, as well as a bluetooth speaker / CD player. 2 people can sleep in the very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. A fan is available.

It leads straight to the non missing Place de la Bourse and its mirror of water 100m from the flat. Stroll, visit, discovery, gastronomy, outings, shopping ... you are in the right neighborhood!

Notes

In case of late arrival (after 10.PM), please notify us. An extra fees may be applied. Make sure not to be noisy with your luggage in the building. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
