The apartment is located on the first floor of a stone building. You will appreciate its optimal location, in the heart of the city. Perfect to enjoy bordeaux life and nightlife in the evening. The place is perfect to enjoy moments with friends or family, and the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle ...). The whole apartment has been renovated for your comfort. Up to four travelers can enjoy this apartment: - a separate bedroom with a 140 bed - And in the living room a comfortable sofa bed To lighten your luggage, I provide sheets and towels! You can enjoy the sweet life of Bordeaux ... A must-know : this apartment is a mix between two apartments of the 15th and 16th century, part of the oldest buildings in Bordeaux. It is of course totally renovated.

Guests can enjoy the lively streets for lunch in one of the many restaurants around. The tramway just steps away will take you in less than 10 minutes to all the key places of the city. A successful stay guaranteed! You can also stroll down the rue Saint Catherine (the longest shopping street in Europe!) For stopovers for shopping and walking, by foot or by bike.

Please note that we charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10 PM There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
