Situated in the heart of Bordeaux, just 100m from Place de la Bourse - one of the most beautiful squares in the world, with its magnificent water mirror - this beautiful studio, with its marine décor, will let you feel like a sailor coming back to its boat after a day of sightseeing. The studio is composed of a stretchable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The table can be used for having your meals as well as a work desk. Bordeaux, wine, sun, and now your boat cabin: you only have to imagine the waves!

Neighborhood

The Saint Pierre district is in Bordeaux historic centre. Renovated in the 18th century, today it presents a unique architecture. The downtown area offers an insight of the Bordeaux' way of living: small streets full of of surprises with many terraces, restaurants and other small artisan shops and traders. Pleasant and authentic neighbourhood, it will allow you to discover Bordeaux by walking, with the city's most famous squares: Place de la Comédie where singers, dancers and passers-by shared the stage, Place de la Bourse to discover its reflection in the world's largest water mirror (Miroir d'eau) or the place du Parlement, a must for all diners on terraces on summer evenings.

Notes

In case of late arrival (after 10.PM), please notify us. An extra fees may be applied. Make sure not to be noisy with your luggage in the building. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
