You will enjoy its optimal location, in the heart of the most lively district of Bordeaux, close to the famous "Marché des Capucins". My apartment can accommodate four travelers in two separate rooms. In the first room quoted course, a bed 160. The small room on the street side has a 140 bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine-dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) and the living room, very warm, you will spend moments with a couple, friends or family. To ensure you the best comfort, I also provide sheets and towels!

Neighborhood

The historic center offers a concentrate of all Bordeaux life, you can walk through charming cobbled streets full of surprises with many terraces, restaurants and other small artisans and traders. Pleasant and authentic district, it offers multiple possibilities to discover Bordeaux by foot with in particular its large typical squares: the Place de la Comédie where singers, dancers and passers-by share the stage, that of the Stock Exchange to discover its reflection in the largest water mirror in the world, or the place of Parliament, a must for dining on the terrace on summer evenings.

Notes

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
