The accommodation consists of a living room with open and fitted kitchen. A bathroom, two bedrooms with a double bed (140) and two single beds (2x90). A terrace is available in front of the gîte. The tennis court, the bowling alley and the swimming pool are to be shared with the owners when they are present. POOL OPENING: 05/14 to 09/17

The area is residential and very quiet. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from a hypermarket, the Château d'Amboise, the Clos Lucé, the Château de Chenonceau and 5 minutes from the Parc des Mini-Châteaux.
Notes
Le ménage est compris dans le prix de la location, merci simplement de respecter les lieux et du gîte entièrement refait à neuf :) A votre arrivée les lits seront faits et tout le linge de maison est fournis sur place (draps, housses, serviettes de toilettes etc..) Vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises et profiter de votre séjour !
