This three-bedroom apartment was recently renovated and is situated in the historical part of the city. It is ideal for guests exploring the central city's attractions! The apartment is suitable for families or friends looking for a fantastic stay. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near the property, and the Sapadores tram stop is only 10 minutes away!


Space

Welcome! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely two-storey apartment is close to various top attractions in Lisbon, such as the Arco da Rua Augusta, the Sé de Lisboa, and many good restaurants scattered around the area. As you enter, you'll find the living room, which features a sofa, a flat-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for eating with loved ones. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for cooking delicious meals. There are two lovely bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom includes a cosy queen bed and ample storage, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed that can turn into two single beds. A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. Upstairs, there is another beautifully decorated bedroom, which includes a comfortable queen bed, a private bathroom and a lovely balcony. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS. Enjoy your stay!

Other information

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
