This tastefully furnished 27m2 studio on the 10th floor with lift access offers a comfortable and culturally rich stay for those seeking a blend of tradition and modernity in Dubai. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It includes a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. There's also a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and access a private furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
