This apartment is located rue Flament Reboux, in the heart of Lambersart in a quiet and secure residence. It is on the 3rd floor with elevator. The apartment is duplex (2 bedrooms upstairs) and has a balcony. it is functional and bright. A private underground parking space is available.

PLEASE NOTE: WORK IN PROGRESS ON THE BALCONY UNTIL THE END OF 2025. The apartment comprises a living room with balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen and upstairs two bedrooms. The first floor features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a desk, another bedroom with a single double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. Professional cleaning service + laundry service for linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mats and dish towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here are the entertainments at your disposal via the TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host's presence.
