Hairdryer at your disposal. The cleaning fees include clean sheets and towels for every guest. The cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.

CHECK IN: All check-in is done from 3pm, please note that for any check-in after 10pm will be increased by 20€ to be paid on site to the person who will welcome you. Possibility to do it in advance via airbnb in the extras KEYS: only one set of keys will be offered to guests. HOUSEHOLD CHARGES: Household cleaning charges include clean bed linen and towels for each guest, and cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent (at the end of the stay only) ADDITIONAL PAID SERVICE: Possibility of requesting a mid-stay cleaning or linen change for stays longer than one week. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
