Baixa is known to be the heart of Lisbon. The district extends from the banks of the Tejo Estuary in the south, up to the Praça Marquês de Pombal in the north, and is situated between the two hills of the Alfama and Chiado districts. Within Baixa there are five main plazas; the Praça do Comércio, the Praça dom Pedro IV (Rossio), the Praça dos Restauradores, the Praça Figueira and the Praça do Martim Moniz. Neoclassical architecture, built after the 1755 earthquake, surrounds Commerce and Rossio squares. Bustling pedestrianized streets are lined with traditional seafood restaurants and souvenir shops. The National Museum of Contemporary Art, in the upscale Chiado area, shows Portuguese art from the mid-1800s to today. Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished with stylish, modern decors, this charming flat is within walking distance to many of Lisbon’s top attractions! Fitted with a convertible sofa bed facing a cable TV, and a dining area, relax in the living room after a long day in the city. Through the living room, you’ll be able to access the small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to make a delicious homecooked meal such as an induction cooker, a microwave, and an oven. The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy double bed and twin beds respectively. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure you’ll have a comfortable sleep. The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up including a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a toilet. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Have a fantastic stay!

The apartment is ideally situated in the city centre of Lisbon, but sometimes, the street can be noisy. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The apartment is excellent, everything is as advertised. I think we need a cleaning cloth, as the bathroom leaks now.
