An Arabic luxury apartment located in Old Town, in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The Al Tajer Residences is a complex of Arabic style low rise buildings that offers lavish apartments with marble flooring and sarjool plastering to reflect the early twentieth-century of traditional buildings. Please note: There are ongoing construction works in the opposite building, so do expect some noise.

This spacious apartment comprises a master bedroom with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, a vast lounge, a dining area and a small maid's room with a day bed that can accommodate one extra person. Note this is not an extra bedroom but can be used if you need to accommodate an additional guest. Savour yourself in the delights of the stunning balcony all day long. A parking space is available with the apartment, which it is located in the basement and can be accessed from the building elevator. The apartment is naturally well-lit and aesthetically designed to meet the needs and expectations of tourists, business travellers, and families. Guests can also take advantage of an amazing swimming pool located a few meters away from the building - the pool is for community residents only. It has an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
