On the left bank of Paris, a few steps away from the Seine river, this residential area and – logically – very quiet, is the area of big, large and majestic avenues with heavy doors hiding embassies and ministries, and of vast, green and airy esplanades. But, ideal place to stay to roam across Paris, the neighbourhood especially overflows with touristic places and museums : between the Invalides and its Museum of the Army, the Eiffel Tower that does not need to be introduced any more, the Grand Palais and its temporary exhibitions to book many months in advance (but they're worth the wait !), the Museum of Quai Branly and its collection from all over the world, the Rodin Museum and its numerous sculptures, and many other places, your appetite for culture and arts will be satisfied !For touristic places a bit further, no worry, the area is very well connected but the metro, the bus and the RER.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. The location is good and you can get almost everywhere on foot. The building and rooms are clean and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out are very smooth and friendly. Highly recommended.
