Beautiful 20m² studio designed and furnished by a Lyon-based decorator, Mélanie Alfon. A perfectly equipped space to spend a stay in Lyon alone or as a couple for several days or more. Located in an area close to the city centre, you'll find all the shops you need for an even more enjoyable stay. Public transport within walking distance.
Ruimte
The studio is located in a beautiful, clean and well-maintained building. A mobile phone is required to enter the building following the installation of a connected intercom. The studio comprises A main room with a large cupboard, a 140x200 double bed, dressing room, TV and Wi-Fi connection. A dining area with a side table and two chairs. A fully-equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all you need for cooking. A bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate WC complete this pretty studio. It is on a mezzanine level and has mechanical shutters and roller blinds. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mats, tea towels) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night/morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
