The apartment has elevator access to the 6th floor where it is located. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and other utilities for your usage. There is a living/dining area with a sofa where you can relax after a day in the city. From the living room, you can access a lovely balcony in which you can take in the city views. The bedroom comes with an extremely comfortable bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Parking is available for you. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EU30 and after midnight is EU50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Also, we charge EU50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a EU300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
