The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary amenities, a living area with contemporary furnishings, a washer, a swimming pool, and a gym. The apartment consists of: - A living area with a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a king-size bed. There is also a dining table for 2 at your disposal. - A fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. A washer is also at your disposal. - A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bath, mirror, and toilet with bidet. - Access to shared facilities in the building: The swimming pool, and gym. Complimentary hotel-quality linens, bedsheets, and toiletries will be provided. Cleaning and sanitization will be done before your arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
