Welcome to my 67 m² house in Aubervilliers. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located just 11 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay at the doorstep of Paris.

Welcome! The entrance to this 67 m² house opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and a large TV. The dining area offers a table that seats up to six guests and opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The toilet is separate. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The house is professionally cleaned between each stay. Note: There's a camera in the courtyard, focused only on the gate. You will only have access to the main floor (no access to the second or ground floor). The ground floor is also rented. Your entrance is independent of the other tenants. All that's left is for you to enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
