Welcome to my studio! This charming 76m2 studio is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Located on the second floor and accessible by lift, the studio offers both convenience and comfort. The living area is designed with an open floor plan, a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The sleeping area features a queen-sized bed with premium hotel-quality linens. There's also a private balcony to savour the fresh air and enjoy a serene outdoor moment during your visit. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Il posto era fantastico. In una posizione perfetta, super bella e generalmente pulita. Alcuni vicini rumorosi una notte, ma non è stato un grosso problema.

L'esperienza ci è piaciuta molto! Tutto era incredibile, tranne l'acqua calda della doccia, che finiva troppo in fretta. Eravamo solo in due e alla fine della seconda doccia (e non è stata lunga) era
