Baixa/Sé, commonly known as Downtown Porto, is the neighborhood just above Ribeira. The Sé district is home to the Paço Episcopal, the ornate palace of the bishops of Porto, and some of Porto’s most impressive churches including the Igreja de Santa Clara and Igreja de Santo Ildefonso. It is also where you’ll find the fabulously tiled São Bento train station. Visit Pão de Açúcar, a 1940s Art Deco hotel that boasts an amazing spiral staircase and a collection of historic fairground bumper cars. Rivoli Cinema Hostel is also a must if you like smart movie-themed dorms and double rooms, as well as an outdoor roof terrace. Se is also located 5-mins walk from the Douro River, the Ribeira, the Port Wine Cellars, and the Oporto Cathedral. It is also 5-mins away from the famous cafes, bars and restaurants of Rua de Santa Catarina, the historical Bolhão Market, Clérigos Tower, and the city's nightlife!

Welcome to my home! Elegantly furnished with modern stylish decors, this charming studio is close to many of Porto's top attractions! Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a TV, and a comfy double bed, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring Porto. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. The flat also comes with multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook a delicious meal such as a stove, a fridge, and an oven. If you fancy dining in, there's a dining area complete with a dining table and 4 chairs. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up including a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Please keep in mind that although it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay the property is located in a noisy area.
