Welcome to my home! This spacious and charming 120m² apartment is perfectly located near several top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse culinary options. The bright and inviting living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto a balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms: the first features a king-size bed and a wardrobe, the second has a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, and the third includes a double bed. All rooms are thoughtfully prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms provides all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, including towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before each stay. Please note: the property is located on the first floor and does not have an elevator. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
