Neighbourhood
Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the most ""trendy"" districts of the capital, especially on the Place de la Bastille side with many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera. Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its multitude of bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, more chic towards Oberkampf. But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

Strategically located close to Opéra Bastille in the heart of Paris, this apartment is perfect for 4 to 6 guests.

Welcome to my 55M2 apartment, a spacious and recently renovated apartment for 4 to 6 people. You will have access to one master bedroom with a private flat TV screen and private access to the bathroom. There is also another bedroom with two bunk beds. There's a baby cot and high chair available for your convenience. You can enjoy the kitchen, which is open and fully equipped: dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven... The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, perfect for two people. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board at your disposal. Room service has been set up with the Café-Restaurant downstairs; you will be able to order everything you need directly in the apartment. The accommodation on the 1st floor with elevator in a historic building where the famous poet Paul VERLAINE lived. You can leave your luggage at the Café before check-in or after your departure (depending on the space left as this dedicated area is not so big) .

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10 PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Furthermore, the apartment is very well insulated but you may find the area a bit noisy, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. Flat is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. Kindly note that a baby cot can be available, do not hesitate to contact me about it. You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out on site. Ref. ClubLord-398 Free Wifi There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Appartamento perfetto per essere nel cuore di Parigi. Pulito e ben fornito. Una vera esperienza parigina. Per i viaggiatori kiwi, è possibile visitare il bar "Black Sheep" dietro l'angolo, fantastico
