Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated, 61 m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Père Lachaise and Nation! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa-bed for 2 people, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed (160 x 200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

La posizione è ottima e l'appartamento è spazioso. Mi sono piaciute molto le persiane nella camera da letto, che hanno bloccato la luce per ottenere un sonno profondo e riposante. È facile spostarsi.
