Graça is a typical and historical district of the old lisbon where the famous tramway 28 passes. The most beautiful viewpoints of the city are there, the Miradouro da Nossa Senhora do Monte, and the Miradouro de santa luzia, with a breathtaking view of the whole city. The area is very safe and family friendly. In the surrounding streets you will find authentic shops, restaurants, tascas, pastelarias (traditional bakery) and supermarkets frequented by the inhabitants. The emblematic district of Alfama and the Lisbon flea market "Feira da Ladra" located near the National Pantheon and the Sao Vicente church, is a 12 minute walk from the apartment. The centre of lisbon is located on 7 hills. The apartment is situated on the top of one of them. Some streets are sloping.

Welcome to my home! Step inside and make yourself at home. To the right, you will see a fully-equipped kitchen with all the tools needed to make yourself a homecooked meal. Please note that oil, salt, and pepper aren’t provided in the kitchen. The bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and mirror. And a TV with internet connectivity via Chromecast for you to catch up on your favourite shows and online videos. To the left is the brightly lit bedroom with a double bed and tons of storage space to keep your personal items and luggage. The window has a great view of the neighborhood area as it overlooks the quiet street my home is located in. The couch in the sitting area can be converted into a couch bed for an additional two guests. Hotel quality linens and duvets are provided for your comfort, alongside towels, soap, and shampoo at no extra cost. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
