Cosy Madalena, due to its privileged location on the way from the downtown to the Castle of St. George, is very close to all the places you should visit. The Castle of St. George, Praça do Comércio (Trade Square), Rossio, Santa Justa Elevator, Rua Augusta Arch, Museum of the Design, Tram nr. 28 and nr. 15, the Cathedral, among many others. The Studio is also near the Bairro Alto and its night life, as well as the typical neighborhood of Alfama and Mouraria, where you may have dinner and listen to Fado, the traditional Portuguese song. Around Cosy Madalena you will find typical restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, self-service laundries, drugstores and many others. The studio is totally equipped with a microwave oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Upon your arrival, Cosy Madalena will be impeccably clean, with towels and bedsheets duly changed. Note: Our internet is ADSL and not Fiber. You cannot expect to have high-speed internet available. Note: There is construction happening right across the building. Please consider while Booking.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will be happy to provide an additional There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
