The studio is approximately 540sqft, and fully equipped with microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer. Upon your arrival Madalena Charming Studio will be impeccably clean, with towels and bed sheets duly changed. In the Studio you will find maps and leaflets of Lisbon with the best places to visit. Books on the History of the city with photos of the most typical and interesting places (in Portuguese, French and English), as well as Museums Guides (Portuguese, French and English). If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will be happy to provide an additional There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
