The home is in an amazing central location! There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance, such as La Garrigue, Tempo Tea Bar and the famous The World's End bar on the Royal Mile. If you plan on eating in, you can find Tesco, Marks&Spencer and local stores within a 10 minute walk from the home. All of Edinburgh's best attractions are nearby as well. Our favourites are Edinburgh Castle, Hollyrood, National Museum of Scotland and Arthurs Seat.

Welcome to our home! This 1st floor flat (stair access) is the perfect home for all travellers and tourists looking to explore this gorgeous city! The living room is designed for a relaxing evening after a busy day, with comfy sofas and a TV for light entertainment. The open kitchen is well equipped with all a fridge, oven and stove. You're welcome to use the toaster, coffee machine and cooking utensils as well! There are 2 double bedrooms which are fitted with TV's, storage space and extra seating so you can feel right at home! Feel free to enjoy the use of the other amenities provided in our home, including the dishwasher, washer and ironing facilities. We hope you have an amazing stay!

Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

È un bell'appartamento accogliente, proprio accanto al Royal Mile, a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Princess St e dalla maggior parte delle zone più importanti.

Questa proprietà è in centro e molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, ma all'interno dell'appartamento le cose devono essere rinnovate, ma il prezzo era troppo alto per questo tipo di proprietà.
