There's also a large smart TV that is perfect for watching all your favourite shows. A huge balcony surrounds the entire 1-bedroom apartment, serving as a gallery for the breathtaking views. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that construction is currently taking place outside the apartment. Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional urban sounds or changes to the surrounding views. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Bellissimo appartamento in una posizione super. Il padrone di casa ha risposto immediatamente a tutto, super. Tutto era di alto livello fino ai dintorni e alla spiaggia privata. Un grande punto negat
