Welcome! In a secured building adjacent to Downtown Dubai. My home is perfect is solo and couples visiting Dubai for business and lesiure. A fully furnished condo that could rival a luxury hotel. My home is equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Dubai. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room that opens up to the balcony; these include a 4-person dining table, a comfortable couch and a Smart TV to stream your favourite shows. The kitchen is fully-equipped and comes gas stove and oven. A dishwasher and microwave oven is also available for your personal convenience. The bedroom comes with a Queen-size bed lined with hotel quality linens. The bathroom comes with a shower, fresh towels, hairdryer and complimentary toileteries. My home will be cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
