A picturesque medieval quarter, Le Suquet is crisscrossed by steep paved streets. It is home to the food stalls of the Forville market and includes many brightly colored houses, from the Old Port, filled with sailboats, all the way inland. The Château de la Castre museum, which stands on a hill, houses works representing the landscapes of the Côte d'Azur, while the Notre-Dame-d'Espérance church, with its Gothic architecture, offers a panoramic view of the Bay of Cannes. The streets are lined with jazz clubs, independent shops, and brasseries serving Provencal dishes. The flat is in the center of Cannes, at the foot of the Forville market and the port and an only 1-minute walk from the Croisette, the shopping streets, and the Palais des Festivals.

Welcome to my home! Cozy and tastefully furnished with rustic decors, this charming apartment is within walking distance to many of Cannes’ top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa facing a cable TV, a dining bar, and a kitchenette, relax in the open living room after a long day exploring the city. Through the living room, you'll discover a stair that leads to the mezzanine floor that features two single convertible beds at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal, including an induction cooker, an oven, and a toaster. The 2 bedrooms contain two single beds and a queen bed respectively. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure you'll have a pleasant sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.
