Welcome to my home! Bright and modernly furnished, this lovely apartment is within walking distance to many of Cannes’ top attractions! Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a cable TV, a dining area and a kitchen, relax in the open living room after a long day exploring the city. There's also a large window that brightens the flat and gives you a great view of the neighborhood! The attached kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal, including an induction cooker, a microwave, and a toaster. The bedroom features two comfy single beds complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens that will be provided upon arrival! The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. There's even a washer for your laundry needs! Have a pleasant stay!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
