Fitted with a convertible sofa bed facing a TV and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. Through the living room, you'll discover a terrace complete with a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning sea views of Cannes! The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal, including an induction cooker, an oven, and a coffee machine. The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms contain twin beds and a wardrobe for your belongings. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure you'll have a pleasant sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a washer, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that check-in after 23:00 and check out before 07:00 will be charged EUR 15, to be paid in cash to the welcomer. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.
