Disclaimer: Please note the apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only, as there is no lift in the building. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features one elegant bedroom with a double bed, alongside an additional double sofa bed in the living area. A modern bathroom fitted with a sleek shower completes the home. Located on the second floor, the apartment enjoys a peaceful setting while still being moments from the energy of the surrounding neighbourhood. Inside, the apartment has been thoughtfully styled to combine modern simplicity with cosy touches. The living area is both inviting and functional, complete with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double sofa bed, a Smart TV and a Sky package including sports channels, perfect for guests who want to kick back and relax after a day exploring the city. Large windows fill the space with natural light, enhancing the soft neutral palette and creating an airy, open feel. Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.
