Sparkle Tower has direct access to Marina Walk, where you can enjoy the Marina breeze and restaurants surrounding Marina Walk, and you can also have a quick beach getaway in JBR, within walking distance from the building. It is 23 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, 15 Minutes to Palm Jumeirah, and 7 Minutes to Dubai Marina Mall. And a 5-10 Minutes walk to JBR Beach. There is a pharmacy and grocery store on the ground level of the building.

Welcome to my home! This stunning 38m² studio apartment on the 14th floor is accessible by lift and designed with an open-plan living and sleeping area. It’s elegantly furnished and well-maintained, featuring a sofa bed, a TV for all your favourite shows and a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. Step out onto the balcony, furnished with seating perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The modern kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, cookware and cutlery to meet all your cooking needs. There’s also a washer for your laundry. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Daily housekeeping is also available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests. Kindly note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.
