Welcome to our home! Located on the 2nd floor via lift or stairs, the home is prepared with everything you need for a lovely stay in London. Functional, cosy and newly renovated, this studio is perfect for a short stay in the city of London. The cosy room includes a double bed, TV, bathroom, electric kettle and mini 4L fridge. Although you are staying in the heart of lively Shoreditch, so there are tons of restaurants, cafes and take out places for you to choose from.

There is no better area in London! Trendy, vibrant and creative, there are many top rated restaurants, bars, and nightlife. There is just few minutes walking distance away to many top-spots such as Brick Lane, Truman Building, Old Spitalfields Market and more. One of our favourite spots for nightlife is Blues Kitchen, where you can listen to some great jazz while enjoying a nice pint. And being only a 3 minutes walk to the nearest Underground station, you’ll arrive at other city destinations in minutes.
Notes
There is no kitchen in the flat. We do provide a kettle, mini 4L fridge, cups, tea, and coffee for your stay. There is also no washing machine in the flat, however, there are nearby laundromats if needed. Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3pm, please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
