Bright and spacious our flat fits 5 and is fully equipped with the necessities. Only a short walk from the tube as well as various eateries and pubs!

Welcome to our home! Step inside and be greeted by modern and stylish decor. The living room is spacious and features a comfortable sofa. Downstairs you'll find a kitchen and a dining area with that sits 4. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cookware such as knives, pots and pans, a stove, oven, a toaster, as well as cutleries and crockeries. You'll also find a lounging area here with a comfortable double sofa bed. The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the other bedroom, with a single bed. You'll find both beds fitted with hotel quality linens for your comfort. In one bathroom you'll find both a bath and a shower, and in the other, just a shower. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience! We hope you have a fantastic stay! =)

Come live in lovely West Kensington. A much sought after location in Central London, my home is located on a quiet and safe street, with the Queens Tennis Club just a street away, and a wonderful selection of eateries, pubs and grocery stores all less than a 10-minute walk from the house. The strategic location of the neighbourhood also makes exploring London's best sights a breeze.
Notes
Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM, and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans / linens / towels during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe IMPORTANT: Please note there is construction going on next door, and it will last until approximately the end of September. Works are from Monday to Saturday, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. Please note we are unable to offer any compensation due to it if you proceed to book the home. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
