Welcome to our home! A spacious ground floor flat with warm and homey decor, my lovely home is perfect for couples, friends, solo, and even business travelers. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. Next to it, a bar sits facing the kitchen, fully-equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, cutleries and crockery, pots and pans, etc. In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable Queen-sized bed fitted with hotel quality linens, as well as enough storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bath. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience! Feel free to use any or all of the amenities provided, including the free wifi. We hope you have a fantastic stay! =)

Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe 😊 There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
