The ground floor features 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms, while the master king suite is located on the lower ground floor, fitted with ample storage space and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. All beds will be fitted with hotel quality linen to ensure you're comfortable throughout your stay, while towels and toiletries will also be provided. On the first floor, you will find the spacious and open plan living room, fitted with cosy sofas, a dining table and modern kitchen. Equipped with all the mod-cons, the kitchen is prepared for you to enjoy a home cooked meal, complete with a fridge, stove, and oven. From the living area you can access the private roof terrace to enjoy the fresh air or even an outdoor meal.

The home is conveniently located by plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes. If you prefer a home cooked meal, stop by Waitrose for some groceries, or the small general shop at the end of the cul de sac. Attractions in the area include, Little Venice with charming walks along the canal lined with restaurants, Hyde park within a 5-7 min walk, Kensington Palace and Gardens and Bayswater Road which are all worth a visit.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A STAY OVER 4 WEEKS AS IT WILL BE CANCELLED.** Please note we charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is no parking on the property, however there are two NCP car parks within a 5 minute walk. There is no gas line at the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
