This unique 150 m² townhouse is spread over three levels: • On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge, opening onto a south-facing terrace and private garden. • Upstairs: two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (shower or bathtub). A baby cot is also available in one of the rooms. • Separate toilets, storage space, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and plancha grill. Ideal for families, friends, or professionals looking for a premium stay in the heart of Chartres.
Acceso
The house is located on a quiet pedestrian square right in the city center. You can stop briefly by car to unload your luggage. For longer stays, we recommend the secure underground Q-Park Cœur de Ville, just 2 minutes away on foot. Discounted packages are available, and we can help you book in advance.
