If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

todo fue perfecto, a 2 minutos a pie de la estación de paddington y se puede estar en el soho en 5 minutos - la cama. era cómoda, y el sofá con la televisión era un gran ahorro de la noche para calmar

Tuvimos una estancia encantadora en este Airbnb, la ubicación es céntrica, el apartamento está situado en la planta baja (así que no hay necesidad de tomar las escaleras) y se proporcionaron servicios
