Welcome to our home!

The cosy living area has a comfortable sofa bed, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the dining table is great for social eating together.

The kitchen is equipped with a grill microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, and stove to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The bedroom is complete with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as a chest of drawers with plenty of storage space for you to make use of, an armchair, a fireplace, and a TV.

Neighborhood

Bairro Alto is the only district in Lisbon that transforms drastically and is unrecognizable between day and night. Bairro Alto has been dubbed the bohemian district, full of luxury shops located on Rua do Norte, and endless bars and restaurants. Bairro Alto is a place where visitors of all ages blend together seamlessly, giving the district a unique avant garde vibe mixed with old-fashioned influences.

Bica is known for its small bars, typical Portuguese restaurants and especially for its historic lift. The street nearby, called Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo is almost entirely occupied by the funicular - Small and unremarkable at first glance, Bica district is the world famous location of the Bica funicular railway that connects Calçada do Combro, Rua do Loreto and Rua de Sao Paulo. The neighborhood goes down the hill, and is located right next to the sophisticated Principe Real district and below the famous viewing platform of Santa Catarina. Iconic of Lisbon, a refurbished yellow funicular was re-opened in 1992, presenting a desire to preserve late 19th century transport history.

Besides that, you can also visit The National Museum Of Contemporary Art Of Chiado. The closest public transport:

Tram - No. 28: Castle, Alfama and Feira da Ladra.
Cais do Sodré train station (10-15 minutes walk) - to get to Cascais/Estoril where you will find amazing beaches and also you can get a train to the beautiful and historical Village of Sintra.
Subway - Baixa Chiado Station (blue line)

Fantastico appartamento

L appartamento di Vincent è centralissimo, super attrezzato e molto comodo. Nonostante si trovi sulla strada la camera da letto non è rumorosa, un po di più il salottino. Nonostante ci siano poche finestre è abbastanza luminosto e l' aria condizionata dovrebbe favorire il ricambio d aria mattutino.

Excelent Stay

Nice house, very comfortable and well located. Great communication with the host for a seamless check in. The only observation is that the air conditioning mentioned in the description is a portable one that needs to stay in the living room, not the bedroom, so during the summer the bedroom doesn’t get as chill as I wanted for sleep.
