Welcome! You will find a spacious open area with an extra-large terrace and large sliding doors with a partial view of the river, decorated with a mixture of classic and minimalist design. With seating and dining areas both inside and out, you can choose to have your meals and lounge around, either indoors or on the large terrace. Or you can settle on the sofa and enjoy a movie or your favourite tv show on the smart, flat-screen TV with cable and internet connectivity. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, convection oven, electric hob, coffee machine, and a dishwasher. There are 2 rooms with queen size beds lined in hotel quality linen. In addition, there are two large shower rooms with other modern conveniences such as a towel warmer and a hairdryer. The building also has a concierge service and a free gym on the lower levels. My home is cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Enjoy! NOTE: The flat is located in a noisy street!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2pm, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
