Welcome to my home! Located along the cobble-stoned streets of Rua Pinhal, you will be minutes away from the picturesque views of Porto and Douro River. My apartment is comprised of a single bedroom, bathroom and open living area. Here you will find a small sitting area with a flat-screen TV, a dining table with high-bar stools, and fully-equipped open kitchen with an electric hob, kettle and washing machine. There's also a balcony outside that's easily accessible, with a small table, chairs and a street view -- perfect for people watching. The bedroom comes with a double-bed lined in hotel quality lines. Additionally, the couch in the main living area can be converted into a bed to fit an extra 2 guests. The bathroom comes with the basics, plus a shower. Toiletries, hairdryer and fresh towels are provided at no extra cost. My home will be cleaned and sanitised before your arrival. Enjoy!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
