This newly renovated apartment is in a prime location overlooking the beautiful Jumeirah Lakes, it's only 100m from JLT Metro Station.

The tower is surrounded with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants that run around the lake. Perfect for walking around! Furthermore, Dubai Marina and JBR beach are 5-minutes away, you'll find lots of attractions there. More information There are two large supermarkets in the tower, a Carrefour right across, and a pharmacy, spa, barbershop and many more.Spacious studio apartment with a beautiful balcony and a stunning view. The building has a 24/7 security front desk, an outdoor pool, a gym, a sauna, a steam room, a kids area, and a guest lounge. The kitchen is fully-stocked with all the equipment you need to make the best meal, there's also a Nespresso machine for your perfect cup of Joe. The apartment fits 2 people comfortably.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. Very nice apartment, located conveniently close to nice park/lake areas and lots of restaurants, walking distance to metro and even Dubai Marina/JBR. Nice to have a balcony and also the swimming pool
