The typical neighborhood is Ribeira and the building is located in a pedestrian street with very good restaurants around. The surroundings offer local market along the river, pharmacies, and lots of nice bars.

The area offers a mixture of traditionalism and contemporaneity through its narrow streets, picturesque houses, terraces, quaint shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés.

Welcome to my home! Ideal for people who prefer to stay in the heart of the historical center of Porto, within walking distance of the main points of interest of the city. The apartment has views of the Douro River and the Dom Luis I bridge. It is also within walking distance from most landmarks such as the historical "São Bento" train station, the exquisite "Lello" bookshop of Harry Potter fame, the ornate “Clérigos Tower” as well as many other iconic places of interest in Porto. The apartment is close to a bus route and is a 15-minute walk from the São Bento metro station, which is 38 minutes by metro or a 29-minute drive from the Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. Please note that paid parking is also available nearby. The apartment itself comprises of: - One bedroom with a large double bed with crisp and clean linen, the perfect combination for a well-rested sleep. - A bathroom with a bath/shower. Towels and toiletries are also provided for your convenience. - A bright and cozy living room with a double sleeper couch for two additional guests. - A well-equipped kitchen that comes with all the modern appliances you may require for the preparation of a delicious home-cooked meal. - A dining area where you can enjoy a meal before heading out to explore the city. - A washing machine is located within the apartment for your convenience. You will also have Wifi, TV, hot water system, cookware, dishwasher, working desk, and fridge to complete your stay.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
