This quiet and nicely decorated studio is located close to all amenities, and 1 minute walk from the metro "Sans-Souci".

I welcome you in my fully furnished studio. Everything will be at your disposal so you can spend a pleasant stay. Located on the 2nd floor with a lift, it can accommodate up to 2 people. You will find in the apartment: a sofa bed with comfortable bedding. A fully equipped kitchenette: - Nespresso coffee machine (capsules) - Microwave - Cooking plate - Dishes and cutlery - Kitchen tool - A kettle - A toaster A washing machine, an iron and ironing board is available. In the living room, storage space for your belongings. A TV (of course), and a fan. Fast WIFI connection is available. Towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, tea and coffee will be at your disposal! I am open to long stay for a reduced price.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
