Welcome to our home!

The cosy living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the dining table is great for social eating together.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and more, to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The first bedroom is complete with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as a chest of drawers with plenty of storage space for you to make use of. The other bedroom is complete with 2 single beds, which will be made up with quality linens for your comfort.

Neighborhood

The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe street where the authentic soul of Lisbon still resides, with 100m of numerous small restaurants, 1 supermarket and typically Portuguese grocery shops.

This boulevard, built in the 19th century in the style of the Champs-Elysees in Paris, is the main avenue of the city.

It runs north for a mile (1.6km) from Restauradores to Marquês de Pombal Square, and is more than 300 feet (90m) wide. Today the avenue still has a certain elegance with fountains and cafe tables shaded by trees, as well as a pavement decorated with abstract patterns.

Some of the original mansions have been preserved, and many are outstanding from an architectural standpoint. In the avenue is also the Monument to the Heroes of the Great War, a tribute to the 50,000 Portuguese soldiers who fought in World War I.

Transit

At 3 minutes walking is the subway station Liberdade, 5 minutes walk is Train station Rossio to Sintra, about 10 minutes walk to Cais do Sodré station where you can take the train or electric to Belém or train to Cascais. We also have a personal transfer service to and from the airport to our apartment.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 has a surcharge of EUR 30. Fees to be paid upon arrival.

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 150€ included.

Prior Coutinho - perfect for a family of five!

We loved this beautiful two bedroom condo for our short stay in Lisbon! Very contemporary, newly renovated, very clean with a great hostess! Marta was there to greet us and was very helpful! We were also in a fantastic location, just blocks away from Liberty street which lead straight to the ocean. A cafe two minutes away for breakfast so was great for our family! I’d definitely stay here again!

Super estiloso

Adoramos o apartamento! Ótima localização com metrô e ônibus perto (avenida Liberdade), mercados e restaurantes. Decoração super estilosa e de muito bom gosto! Bem equipado possuía todas as comodidades inclusive os itens de banheiro como shampoo e sabonete e até cotonetes e algodão. Só sentimos falta de 01 toalha e 01 traveseiro para a minha filha. De qualquer maneira, recomendamos! 😉👍🏼

Un excellent séjour à Lisbonne

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir trouvé ce logement, très bien placé dans la ville. L'idéal pour visiter, et faire du shopping. L'endroit est calme. Très bonne literie, propreté irréprochable, l'appartement est décoré avec goût et le patio est vraiment un plus. Nous recommandons pour 2 couples. Bravo au propriétaire pour l'aménagement de ce charmant appartement
