You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Out of respect for future tenants and the care we put into maintaining the apartment, it is strictly a non-smoking unit. We kindly ask for your understanding, as the smell of tobacco can be disruptive and may result in a deduction of €300 from your security deposit. Vanves is the perfect place for those looking to explore and discover Paris while staying in a quiet location. There are many restaurants, bars and bistros in the area - we highly recommend Le Petit Vanves opposite the building, where you can enjoy delicious French dishes.
