This fully equipped one-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people. It's perfect for a stay with friends, a couple, or a family. Access is via a medieval staircase, typical of a dungeon, which will immerse you in the unique atmosphere of this historic place. A spacious, well-appointed entrance welcomes you, and exposed beams add color to the atmosphere. Next, you'll find: - A bright and cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a direct view of Place Plumereau. A desk area with Wi-Fi is available for work. Books and a large television for relaxing moments await you, as well as an extendable table for cozy dinners. - A wood-paneled and floral bedroom with a comfortable double bed overlooking a back street. Two dressers and hooks provide ample storage. - A fully equipped kitchen (hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) - A bathroom equipped with a shower and a washer-dryer. The toilet is separate. You'll fall in love with this newly renovated apartment, retaining its historic character and exposed beams. Please note: Located in the heart of Tours, the neighborhood is very lively, especially in the evening. Therefore, there may be some noise pollution from the festive atmosphere of Place Plumereau.
