Intermarché, shopping mall and all shops in Pocé less than 2 km away. Markets: Tuesday mornings in Pocé (a very small convenience market), Friday and Sunday mornings in Amboise.

Large windows flood the living room with natural light, creating a vibrant and soothing atmosphere. This spacious and comfortable 160 m² luxury apartment is entirely designed for seasonal rental. The main living space is open-plan, combining a comfortable lounge with its library and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Each room has been carefully decorated, offering a perfect balance between comfort and bohemian style. The gîte has 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus a third bedroom on the mezzanine level, open onto the living room, creating an airy, light-filled space. The bathroom is a real jewel of relaxation, with a spacious bathtub and walk-in shower. The gîte also boasts a large private outdoor terrace. The gîte is located in the Domaine de la Restrie, a 1000 m² complex comprising a total of 5 gîtes. Many activities are available on site (outdoor swimming pool, games, ping-pong table, darts, etc.). These leisure activities are shared between the 5 gîtes, as they are located in the communal areas of the estate. All linen is provided on site, and cleaning is included at the end of your stay. Zugang
The gîte is located at Domaine de la Restrie in Pocé sur Cisse. There is a private parking lot just opposite the estate. You then have access to all the common areas of the estate, so please respect the premises and the other tenants :) Il est interdit de vous garer à l'intérieur du domaine : un supplément pourra être prélevé si cette règle n’est pas respectée.

La Grande Salle des Médicis is the largest of the 5 gîtes on the estate. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any event if you wish to reserve the other gîtes on the estate! When you arrive, your beds are made up, household linen is provided, and cleaning products and basic groceries are on hand. Cleaning is included in the price of your stay, but please respect the estate's common areas. La piscine est chauffée d'Avril à Septembre. Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
